If you are applying for a property, please print out an application from the link directly below OR you may fill it out online. If you decide to fill out the application online, once your application has been received, a request Via PAYPAL will be emailed to you directly for you to be able to pay your application fee online safe and securely. A valid email address will be needed. If you decide to print out the application, it must be brought to our Tempe office with a Money Order made payable to RE/MAX Elite Realty (NO personal checks or cash will be accepted).

Applications can be dropped off at the following location 8154 S. Priest Dr, Suite 104, Tempe, AZ 85284. (North of Warner on Priest Dr on the West side of the road next to the UHAUL sign)
